Great Weekend

Saturday - Kettled Chicken
My favorite way to spend a day: boiling chicken in lard over an open fire, drinking beer, and hanging out with family and friends. I made hot sauce for the wings and a pinnaple salsa for the chips....both were a tad on the "hot" side (oh darn). What a beautiful day it was.

Sunday Sports
Today was my son's soccer game. He's great, scoring the most points of either team. Another gorgeous day, cool and sunny.
